Strategic Sourcing focuses on addressing large and critical cost areas, using a structured approach that reduces the Total Cost of Ownership associated with these costs. While there are many potential savings levers that can apply within a strategic sourcing process, common levers that we use include: process improvements, demand management, should cost models, reverse auctions and direct negotiations including complex and hostile negotiations
CLEAN SHEET BUDGETING
We generate savings in a fast, pragmatic and efficient way in areas of discretional expenses. For example: Sales support costs, Marketing, I.T., and some investments.
We review and examine the budgets of the pertinent areas in order to identify possible efficiency and cost saving opportunities.
Afterward, we coordinate agreements with the different areas concerned in the implementation of adjustments directed to reduce the relevant budgets.
We achieve cost reduction in wages and contractor's fees, of 10 to 20% in 8 to 12 weeks.
We have developed a proprietary method where we identify, quantify, and improve processes. This frees up man hours, allowing for reductions in FTEs.
SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE
