METHODOLOGies

STRATEGIC SOURCING
Strategic Sourcing focuses on addressing large and critical cost areas, using a structured approach that reduces the Total Cost of Ownership associated with these costs. While there are many potential savings levers that can apply within a strategic sourcing process, common levers that we use include: process improvements, demand management, should cost models, reverse auctions and direct negotiations including complex and hostile negotiations

CLEAN SHEET BUDGETING
We generate savings in a fast, pragmatic and efficient way in areas of discretional expenses. For example: Sales support costs, Marketing, I.T., and some investments.
We review and examine the budgets of the pertinent areas in order to identify possible efficiency and cost saving opportunities.
Afterward, we coordinate agreements with the different areas concerned in the implementation of adjustments directed to reduce the relevant budgets.

ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY
We achieve cost reduction in wages and contractor's fees, of 10 to 20% in 8 to 12 weeks.
We have developed a proprietary method where we identify, quantify, and improve processes. This frees up man hours, allowing for reductions in FTEs.

SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE
We improve and perfect supply chain’s models, management and efficiency.
First, we identify the gaps between the company’s current supply chain and the better practices our extensive experience has taught us. This, we achieve through supply chain’s end to end process benchmarks.
Then, we close the identified gaps by putting into practice a fast and pragmatic working plan, associated to each company’s distinctive features.
Our interventions might include changes in the purchase model, setting up new KPI’s, KPI’s supporting processes, defining and implementing profiles and positions, among others.
We offer training and documentation programs for our client’s personnel. This promotes the education and development of abilities and knowledge that will help them achieve these transitions.

TAIL SPEND SOURCING (TSS)
Our unique methodologyto achieve fast results in Large Companies.
We re-negotiate deals with minor and mid sized supplyers, which don’t get enough attention due to their small turnover, or because it’s just too hard to change the status quo.
We obtain very fast results. In waves of 4 to 6 weeks with savings of 7 to 12%
In this area, we are developing a solution that uses Automation and Machine Learning.

WORKING CAPITAL
A very important source of cash comes from improving the net working capital position. Since the begging of the 2020 COVID-19 crisis, we have seen many clients in need of greater access to working capital, particularly on improving payment terms and credit conditions with their suppliers.
